Democratizing the agriculture value chain from demand to delivery supported by Kireap's AI-enabled digital platform
KIREAP is a deeptech social impact start-up part of the TUM Ventures network tackling major sustainability challenges in the agricultural supply chain industry: how to secure a sustainable and affordable food system for a growing population within our planetary boundaries.
We aim high with the full digitalization and democratization of the Value Chain from Demand to Delivery. Our platform will not only match supplier with buyer but our AI based optimization models will allow multiple stakeholders to benefit from better decisions ranging from yield prediction, certifications, price forecasting, logistics optimization, (un)manned arial transportation and food traceability to the last mile.
Based in Munich, KIREAP (https://kireap.com) develops its AI Center of Excellence and Innovation Cluster to advance our solution and global offer. We have already successfully tested our MVP jointly with our partners and a first customer in India.
At the earliest date possible, we invite you help us scale our business as a Venture Associate / Management Assistant (intern / working student / freelancer / part-time).
You will be able to
- Support us in building our start-up operating model in governance, organization, processes across continents
- Liaise with potential customers, partners, legal advisory
- Prepare respective stakeholder communication, investors pitches
- Drive Project and Knowledge Management
You are

Your experience
- you study agriculture, life science, computer science or comparable; you alternatively have comparable work experience
- Versatile in standard software (MS / Google) and further digital project management tools
- First project experience in the field of innovation methods
- Project Management
- German and English work proficiency (both mandatory)
