We are Friendly Captcha, a SaaS startup that offers bot protection which is privacy-friendly and
does not require Internet users to perform tasks such as clicking images of cars, making it
accessible to all humans.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who wants to contribute to our fully bootstrapped, profitable,
and growing business. With dozens of websites that we protect every day, millions of happy
Internet users, the world’s leading organizations as our customers, and a world-class team, we

Your job at Friendly Captcha:
- You develop the entire sales cycle - from lead qualification to the creation and
preparation of offers, negotiation strategy and contract conclusion. This is done in close
coordination with our Customer Success Team and the management. - Acquiring new customers through targeted lead and opportunity management; you will
also support and develop existing customers. - Continuous improvement of our outbound sales strategy.
- You keep an eye on all relevant market developments and proactively contribute your
ideas to further optimize our outbound sales processes. - Analyses & reports: sales planning and sales targets, forecasting, pipeline management
and potential analyses, targeted evaluation of relevant figures and KPIs. - Help foster a vibrant company culture.

Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field. A degree only tells you so much - but probably a business
or technical field makes sense, such as business administration or computer science. - Several years of work experience (SaaS sales, B2B sales, sales operations, account
management, data analysis, product/project management, CRM and sales management) - Goal-oriented and hands-on mentality
- Experience explaining and selling enterprise software technology
- Experience with sales planning and forecasting
- Customer-focused with strong presentation and communication skills
- Proactive approach and structured way of working
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
