About Friendly Captcha
Friendly Captcha offers bot protection which is privacy-friendly and does not require the user
to perform tasks such as clicking images of cars, making it accessible to all humans.

Bootstrapped
Founded in 2020, Friendly Captcha is a fully bootstrapped, profitable, growing business. We are
a mission-driven business first, and a fast-growth startup second. We don't have the
distracting goal of pleasing investors.

About the Role
At Friendly Captcha we're looking for a versatile software engineer to join our team. There is a
lot of opportunity for ownership throughout our stack: from integrations and SDKs, to DevOps,
to our core product and the customer experience.

The engineering team is remote across Europe, consisting of 5 people. We're looking to grow
the engineering team by one or two new team members over the next months.

You can work remotely from anywhere, or you can work from our office near Munich (some
days of the week).

Our stack
Some key technologies in our stack are Go, Typescript, Postgres, Clickhouse, Redis,
Terraform, and OpenTelemetry.

We see engineering as a way to build a great product, not as a goal in itself. We expect you to
already be productive in Go.

Unique for our company that we offer an entirely EU-owned stack (so no AWS here). This is a
big selling point for governments and EU companies.
